The Land did not completely recover. Foamfollower even mentioned to Covenant how much diminished the Land was post-ritual.

Heck, parts of The Land were still suffering during LFB. Trothgard still ...

Why the grass or whatever? I thought it was pretty clear that there was nothing else in the cavern BUT the One Tree.

"And yet it had no leaves. Perhaps it had always been leafless. The bare ...

She resurrected the dead without anybody's help. Whether you consider that a great thing that she did or not is debatable.

Hmmm. I'm not sure where you are getting that Kevin failed in his attempt.

Sure, it did not cause the demise of ol' Lord Foul, but we do not know that Kevin knew that it would not kill Foul.

Too many characters remember the ROD - the Giants remember, the Ranyhyn and Ramen remember, the Bloodguard remember. Hell, even Carreiol (sp?) Wildwood talks about it when he states that the Trees re ...

Thanks Wayfriend - there's so many posts, I did conduct a search on

Trothgard was a region of the Land - where the last battle between the old Lords and Foul took place. How could a "place" keep track of the Unfettered? Or are you talking about Revelwood, ...

I thought I would ask other's opinions of this as well ...

Face it: Covenant would NEVER have drank the Earthblood. At that point he was still unconvinced of the Land's reality, and to drink the blood would be him admitting that the world he was in was real ...

What I found most memorable was any encounter with Caerroil Wildwood. I find him to be a fascinating case study. To think of all he gave up to protect the trees, and for the centuries he lived throu ...

It's interesting to know that one of Kevin's Wards is a tapestry.
It seems easy to presume that this is the same tapestry from Lord Foul's Bane: The Legend of Berek Halfhand.

What if, in magical ...
