I've seen fog squiggle its way among the evergreen trees when it moves in atop the Arizona mountains, so maybe that explains it. At least, I can attest that fog CAN be "squiggly".

We are experiencing an unusually cold end to October having enjoyed a glorious summer and generally balmy autumn. I begin to feel the cold more keenly as I get older and the desire to 'hunker down' and hibernate for the winter is kicking in. Must resist it and endeavour to keep active - especially as the cold brings out those glorious clear sunny days I love. Still though, the call of the PS4 and the three quarters of Uncharted 4 I still have left to play is a hard one to ignore..........

It absolutely is, and that's a hot topic here lately, though a lot of people buy the big farm 'cage free' and pat themselves on the back not realizing the birds are still crammed maximum capacity into a warehouse - maybe better than a cage, but not by much.

I've always thought that was an accurate picture, though he clearly never met my cats.

Now I want to do a Bad Writing Poe or Lovecraft-style horror story with ominously squiggling fog and whatnot. Would be perfect for Halloween, but I don't think my brain is up to the challenge at the moment.

Keeps me fit .. and after the last years of my career working as a desk jockey ... THIS is better.

Hope to keep doing it for a while longer 😉 but tbh Im gonna start charging real money for agricultural properties 😉

120 acres bail deliveries .. will knock yer socks off Laughing

But everything is physical .. water has to be delivered by bucket .. gates dont swing .. you have to lift the fuckers .. fun is playing with their 9 dogs and keeping them active and feeding the poddies Love that!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Bloody hell, winter just appeared out of nowhere in November and slapped us. Last night was damned cold.

07h00 here now, and only 8C, which is ridiculous for this time of year.

We had something similar last week - Friday was 27C and then a nasty front came over and smashed us. 17C on Saturday, although it was probably about 10C in the morning with squalls hitting us every half hour or so for a while. There was even snow on the mountain for a couple of hours in the morning.

They're saying we might not get ANY rain this month. Apparently 1959 was the last year we had a dry November. Not that I have confidence in their ability to accurately predict the rest of the month, but we're off to a bad start. Sun and smoke, since everything is still on fire.
