The Infernal Praetorean Council of Buriax is now open to consultation regarding the allocation of souls to the various areas of Hell.

1) The Infernal Praetorean Council of Buriax may be consulted on the 13th day of each decade by prior arrangement.
2) In order to make an appointment for a consultation, applicants must complete form XIII(A).
2a) Form XIII(A) may be obtained on the 1313th day of each decade (by prior arrangement) from The Infernal Praetorean Council of Buriax and must be submitted on the same day.
2b) Forms submitted incorrectly will not be accepted and may incur a processing charge.
2c) Instructions on the acceptable manner of completion of form XIII(A) may be obtained, by prior arrangement, from The Infernal Praetorean Council of Buriax during a consultation (see point 1, above)
2d) Charges will be calculated on a case by case basis. The Infernal Praetorean Council of Buriax will make a processing charge for this calculation (see point 2d).
3) Consultations will last no longer than 13 minutes. During consultations, applicants must adhere to the correct procedures outlined in Guideline CLXIX.
3a) Guideline CLXIX may be obtained, by prior arrangement, during a consultation (see point 1, above)
3b) Failure to adhere to correct procedures will either a) incur a charge (see point 2d, above) or b)result in annihilation
3c) Annihilation may incur a charge (see point 2d, above)
4) Consultations may incur a charge (see point 2d, above)
5) Charges accrued in the consultation process must be paid immediately.
5a) Failure to pay charges immediately will be treated as a failure to adhere to correct procedures (see point 3b, above)
6) Charges, and/or annihilation, may be appealed at subsequent consultations (see point 1, above) by prior arrangement.

Dear Brother Pazuzu,

There is much more preparation needed before an all-out assault can be attempted. Don't feel rushed to throw up the banner. I wouldn't fear any reprisal from the Creator, however. I doubt if he has any idea what goes on down here. Would casting his gaze on hell upset the framework like what happened before? There is much more research to be done.

Indeed, Abdul Alhazred, much needs to be done. I am conducting research on various things. I suspect all will tie together, eventually. And it looks as though Iblis is also interested in this.
